Heh. Well the Turing test may never be passed by computers... just like fusion is always 30 years in the future, maybe general AI is as well.

CSR robots are getting better slowly... if they pass a Turing test, they might be deployed for everything..

@mhhf1ve  yes as this days Co. try to replace almost all of the CSR with Robots... even customers still resist it... but...

I've seen more and more "chatbots" that are able to convincingly mimic human customer service reps. If you've ever played a "20 questions" bot, it makes it seem very plausible that 95+% of customer issues might be resolved or at least correctly identified by a machine.

Consumers are buying millions of IoT devices, from smart thermostats and security systems to intelligent entertainment setups and furniture. Yet many of these devices remain isolated because home users are uncomfortable connecting them to each other or even their WiFi.
