Michael and Cathy Maloney are the sweetest couple that you can imagine. They have 3 children together and even after so many years of marriage, they still love spending their down time with each other doing outdoor activities; especially over the weekend they take the time to go cycling along the scenic Gold Coast beach routes. Michael still calls Cathy the most gorgeous wife on the Gold Coast.

During the week, they work together at their jointly owned self storage franchise in the Gold Coast suburb of Molendinar, and they tirelessly sort out daily issues and workout transport schedules so that they can reap the rewards of their efforts in a few years time. Being a business owner is tough, but Michael and Cathy have some experience - they used to own another franchise chain before this, and the experience is definitely paying off and fuelling their drive to do well in this line.

Fast, reliable broadband is essential to how we live, work and play today – and the upcoming arrival of 5G will only further increase demand and reliance on fiber infrastructure. Already viewed by consumers as intolerable, delays, outages or the regular maintenance difficulties associated with operating a network will become further exacerbated when residential subscribers further rely on connected devices for day-to-day life. Just as providers deploy network automation tools to reduce operational issues, they must take similar care to manage consumer expectations when they roll out fiber or new services.
