Jess Beihoffer is an ADTRAN Sales Engineer focused on the MSO market. He has 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry covering everything from wireless, copper, and fiber technologies delivering voice, video, and data services. The last 11+ years Jess has focused exclusively on FTTx technologies. Jess has traveled to, and helped deploy, all-fiber solutions for service providers in over 15 countries across six continents. Prior to joining ADTRAN in December 2016, Jess held positions in both the service provider and equipment vendor roles. Most recently he oversaw a global team of sales engineers supporting fiber access technologies for a large cable technology manufacturer. It was here he worked with many large MSOs around the world on the evolution of their network from HFC to RFoG and on to EPON service delivery.

Tommy Taylor, Vice President of IP, Video and Design Services, Buckeye Broadband
Tommy brings more than twenty-five years of experience within IP Engineering, Video Operations and Fiber Optical design to his role. Over the past five years he has been focused on the successful rollout of DOCSIS3.1 using multiple vendor architectures, FTTH initiatives that include RFoG and GPON 1Gbps platforms and IPTV across the entire footprint. Prior to this role, Tommy has also held multiple senior level leadership positions at MaxxSouth Broadband, MetroCast, and Charter Communications.
