Tom Adams, EVP of field operations for Charter Communications, was elected chairman and Kevin Hart, EVP and chief product and technology officer for Cox Communications, was elected vice chair of SCTE•ISBE Board. Meena Soleiman, vice president, Finance and Business Operations for Comcast and Steve Williams, vice president, DOCSIS Network Operations, Charter Communications, will continue as secretary.
