Re: Net Neutrality

Yup. That's part of the strategy -- to inundate consumers with arcane details that make it seem like Net Neutrality is "too complex" to figure out. And then the biggest companies with the most lawyers win....

Re: Net Neutrality
Such such complex litigation are bound to take on a life of their own not withstanding the current drama in Washington--the question will be, though, who will win and who will lose?

Re: Mozilla
The continued narrowing of choice continues to be of profound concern--isn't it?  The question is as Net Neutrality withers away into the dustbin of history as we know it, choice somewhat expands or it will shrink further.

Re: Net Neutrality
And this would seem to be just another example of how attorneys have a field day with hours and hours of highly paid work arguing over the finest details of court decisions, and sometimes citing dubious facts to please their clients. This will not end anytime soon I would guess.

@mhhf1ve. Good point. No one really knows what is going to happen when Net Neutrality is repealed until is it repealed. Several "experts" have only been able to give their opinion. The true effects will not be felt until the repeal is permanent.

I use Mozilla. Verizon and Google sue the FCC's decision to repeal net neutrality because they are part of the capitalist system in the U.S. Greed has blinded the decision-making efforts of many executives in the telco industries. We already have too many who are underserved or unserved without access to broadband. The repeal will widen the gap and widen the economic gap.
